Stainless Steel Hose

Stainless Steel Hose has a flexible rubber pipe on the inside and a smart steel shell on the outside. The linked construction of the hose is super-flexible and it is virtually impossible to rip, tear, or puncture. The hose guarantees to never burst, kink or tangle even in extreme conditions. It is very lightweight and UV & weather resistant. This can easily handle any watering job or heavy duty construction.

Multispiral Hydraulic Hoses

Multispiral Hydraulic Hoses are high pressure tubes with four high tensile spiraled steel wire reinforcements. They have the lining and covering of synthetic rubber. These hoses find application in hydraulic systems where the operation is done at high peak pressure and in arduous conditions. They can also be used for hydraulic fluids on a mineral oil and glycol basis. The hose is generally used with clamps, flanges, spigots, and nozzles to control fluid flow.

Corrugated Hoses

Corrugated Hoses are designed in such a way that the tubing of stainless steel is formed into corrugations which are parallel to one another. The outer core is formed from a flexible metal hose which has no layers and is single or double braided. These are used for a wide variety of media and temperatures including water, steam, hot oil, and gas. They are highly resistant to pressure and extreme heat, so they are also utilized in plumbing systems, and oil & gas industries.

Industrial Rubber Hoses

Industrial Rubber Hoses are mainly used for transportation of liquids but are also utilized in the chemical manufacturing plants, paper & pulp manufacturing industries and material management businesses. These hoses can transfer extreme high and low temperature fluids, thus they are widely used in oil refineries, steel plants, and heavy chemicals. These are made from high grade rubber which ensures resistance to heat and corrosion and makes it durable and flexible at the same time.

Hose End Connections

There are various types of Hose End Connections such as fixed male and female connector, swivel female union, fixed flange, swivel flange, male/female threaded adaptor, and camlock coupling. These are made of merchant stock carbon steel, brass, and various kinds of stainless steel. The end connections are welded to hoses through tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding process. They are used in refineries, power plants, nuclear installations, fertilizer industry, cryogenic services, chemical industry, and boilers.

Steam Hoses

Steam Hoses are extremely flexible and are used to transfer saturated steam at temperatures of up to 208 degree Celsius. The inner tubes of these hoses are made of black ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber which is compounded to resist heat aging. The reinforcement layer or intermediate layer is made from two layers of heat resistant synthetic yam. The outer covering is also made of EPDM rubber which is heat, weather, and oil resistant.
