Product Description
High pressure flexible hose assemblies are perfect for high-pressure gases. They are made with highly flexible annular corrugated stainless steel. There are ANSI 316L and ANSI 304 double wire braiding. Also, we provide fittings suitable for gas cylinders valve etc. The hoses adapt to BS 6501, Part-1:2004/ISO 10380:2012. Working pressure is 400 bar and busting pressure is 1200 bar.

Superior Performance and SafetyDesigned with high tensile steel wire reinforcement and synthetic rubber components, our hose assemblies ensure maximum safety and durability under extreme pressure conditions. Each hose undergoes rigorous 100% pressure testing prior to dispatch, guaranteeing reliability and peace of mind in critical hydraulic applications.
Flexible Installation in Tight SpacesThanks to their excellent flex radius and customizable lengths, these hoses are ideal for installations where space is limited. Engineers benefit from versatile end fitting options (BSP, NPT, Flange, or customized), enabling easy adaptation in hydraulic systems, industrial machinery, and oil and gas equipment.
Customized Solutions and ComplianceWe provide hose assemblies tailored to client specifications and industry requirements. Meeting international standards such as SAE 100R1, R2, EN 853, and EN 857, every hose can be customized in color, length, packaging, and fittings, ensuring compliance and optimal performance in diverse environments.
FAQs of High Pressure Flexible Hose Assemblies:
Q: How are the high pressure flexible hose assemblies tested before shipping?
A: Each hose assembly is subjected to a 100% pressure test before dispatch to ensure it meets the minimum burst pressure requirements and functions safely under specified working conditions.
Q: What industries commonly use these hose assemblies?
A: These hoses are widely used in hydraulic systems, oil and gas industries, and industrial machinery for the safe transfer of hydraulic fluids under high pressure.
Q: When should I consider custom lengths or special fittings for my hose assembly?
A: Custom lengths and specialized fittings are recommended when installation space is restricted or when specific connection types are required to match existing systems and equipment.
Q: Where can these hoses be installed given their flexibility?
A: Thanks to their excellent flex radius, these hoses can be installed in confined and intricate spaces within a variety of industrial applications, such as compact hydraulic systems and machinery.
Q: What is the process for customizing hoses to meet my requirements?
A: Clients can specify desired inner diameter, length, end fitting material (carbon steel, stainless steel, brass), color, and connection type. The manufacturer then assembles hoses to these specifications while ensuring compliance with international standards.
Q: How do these hose assemblies resist harsh operating conditions?
A: Constructed with oil-resistant synthetic rubber and reinforced with high tensile steel wire, these hoses provide robust resistance to oil, weather, abrasion, and ozone, ensuring longevity even in challenging environments.
Q: What benefits do I get from using these hoses in my hydraulic applications?
A: These hose assemblies offer outstanding pressure resistance, flexibility for tight spaces, reliable performance under extreme temperatures, and compatibility with various end fittingsimproving safety, operational efficiency, and equipment lifespan.
