Flexible Hoses

Flexible Hoses provide great solutions for connecting taps etc. They are designed to meet water supply, and other allied needs. There are also called flexible tap connectors. The hoses are perfect for use in confined spaces. We offer a range of hoses for diverse installation needs. There is a variety of lengths and threads available. Our flexible hoses are highly durable, lightweight and easy to install. Further, some of the hoses are demountable / reusable. We have solutions for different pressures and temperatures. Moreover, there are hoses for both static and dynamic application. These hoses offer excellent properties including: higher abrasion resistance, better durability, high mechanical strength and operational reliability.

Jacketed Flexible Hose

Price: 100.00 - 1000.00 INR/Unit

Jacketed Flexible Hose is made to handle viscous or corrosive materials such as asphalt and sulphur. It is mainly used in bitumen and hot mix plants, in the food and beverage industries and for cosmetic and pharmaceutical applications. It consists of two layers, where the inner layer is a flexible metal core and the outer layer has a larger diameter with flexible metal jacket. The inner and the outer hoses are joined at the ends that eliminate the possibility of the flow of any substance between the two layers.

High Pressure Flexible Hose Assemblies

Price: 100.00 - 1000.00 INR/Unit

HPFH Assemblies for Gases are widely utilized in oil & gas, automobile, construction, & automotive industries and power plants as well. Abbreviated for high pressure flexible hose, they are required for transferring gas from the reservoir tank to the processing system in an efficient manner. These assemblies are greatly admired for their leak proof nature, good flexibility, and bursting pressure of up to 1200 bar. They are fabricated having a corrugated steel made structure with female type end fittings.

Flexible Hose

Flexible Hose is made from ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber or PEX and armored in braided layers of stainless steel. It is used for fitting and fixing in pipes on wall outlets and taps in kitchens, bathrooms, hot water services and laundries. It overcomes the problem of alignment and significantly reduces labor costs and noise in pipe work. The hose also eliminates brazing, welding, cutting, re-shaping and wastage of materials.

PTFE Flexible Hoses

PTFE Flexible Hoses are designed with Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) linearly. There are divided into two sections namely internal rib sections and highly compressed web sections which support the tube against kinking, vacuum & pressure and gives a smooth inner surface with excellent flexibility. This PTFE lining also saves the end fitting from any corrosive and harmful materials passing through the hose. These hoses have excellent resistance to stress & impulse and are used in food, pharmaceutical, medical, beverage and petrochemical industries.

PTFE Convoluted Flexible Hoses

PTFE Convoluted Flexible Hoses are different from conventional hoses in the way that the lining of PTFE is convoluted to give extra flexibility to the pipe. The liner tube is stretched through the end fittings, and then broke out to form the sealing face. The outer covering is braided by stainless steel wire and the ferrule is crimped to secure braid to spigot. They have an excellent gas and chemical permeation resistance and are hygienically clean.

Metallic Flexible Hoses

Metallic Flexible Hoses are widely used in various systems to transfer liquids and absorb vibrations & expansions. They are double braided so that they can be reinforced against pressure and environmental conditions. These hoses are compatible with almost all types of chemicals and do not corrode or get damaged easily. The metal hoses do not allow gases and steam to permeate through the wall and into the atmosphere. They are also used in those places where there is a risk of abrasion and over-bending.
