Product Description
We are manufacturing excellent jacketed flexible hose assemblies. Inner annular corrugated stainless steel flexible hose carries the liquid, and jacketed flexible hose for heating, coolant fluid, or preserving the hose. Both inner and jacketed hose is very flexible. There are ANSI 321 / 316L and ANSI 304 single wire braiding. We provide end flange fittings swivel as well as fixed type. Also, there are solutions for inlet / outlet heating, cooling fluid end connection, etc. Our hoses conform to BS 6501, Part-1:2004/ISO 10380:2012.
Applications: Refineries Industries, Fertilizer Industries, Petrochemicals Industries, Chemical and Pharmaceuticals Industries.

Superior Thermal ManagementJacketed Flexible Hoses are engineered to convey, heat, or cool fluids simultaneously. The SS304/SS316 inner tube and robust jacket maintain media temperatures, making them ideal for diverse heating and cooling operations in industries like chemical, oil, and steam.
Unmatched Durability and ReliabilityEach hose features stainless steel braiding, corrugated hose for flexibility, and a choice of matte or polished finishes. Tested for 100% hydrostatic leak tightness and excellent corrosion resistance, these hoses are built for longevity in demanding environments.
Custom Solutions for Every ApplicationAvailable in inner hose sizes from 6 mm to 300 mm NB, with jacket sizes up to 350 mm NB and bespoke lengths. Multiple end fittingsincluding MS/SS flanges, camlocks, and quick release couplingsensure seamless integration into any process setup.
FAQs of Jacketed Flexible Hose:
Q: How is the jacketed flexible hose tested for leak tightness?
A: Each hose undergoes hydrostatic pressure testing at 1.5 times its working pressure to guarantee 100% leak tightness. This ensures reliable operation in high-pressure environments and compliance with international standards.
Q: What materials are used for the inner hose and the jacket?
A: The inner tube is crafted from premium SS304 or SS316 corrugated stainless steel, while the jacket uses the same high-grade stainless steel material. This pairing provides excellent corrosion resistance and supports both high and low temperature applications.
Q: When should a single jacket design be chosen over a double jacket?
A: Single jacket hoses are ideal for standard heating/cooling needs, while double jacket designs offer enhanced thermal efficiency and added protection. The choice depends on your process temperature and insulation requirements.
Q: Where are jacketed flexible hoses typically used?
A: These hoses are commonly employed in chemical plants, oil refineries, food processing units, and pharmaceutical facilities for the transfer and temperature control of steam, hot oil, chemicals, and heating/cooling mediums.
Q: What end fitting options are available for these hoses?
A: Options include MS/SS flanges, camlocks, quick release couplings, threaded, and welded ends, ensuring compatibility with various process equipment and facilitating easy installation.
Q: How can the hose length and finish be customized?
A: Lengths are made as required to fit specific installations, and finishes can be selected as polished or matte according to aesthetic and functional preferences. Custom dimensions are provided upon request.
Q: What are the main benefits of using jacketed flexible hoses in fluid conveyance?
A: These hoses allow simultaneous conveyance and thermal management of fluids, provide excellent corrosion and temperature resistance, accommodate a wide range of pressures, and ensure flexible installation with customizable fittings and sizes.
