Multispiral Hydraulic Hoses
Multispiral Hydraulic Hoses are high pressure tubes with four high tensile spiraled steel wire reinforcements. They have the lining and covering of synthetic rubber. These are made of merchant stock carbon steel, brass, and various kinds of stainless steel. The end connections are welded to hoses through tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding process. They are used in refineries, power plants, nuclear installations, fertilizer industry, cryogenic services, chemical industry, and boilers.
Corrugated Hoses are designed in such a way that the tubing of stainless steel is formed into corrugations which are parallel to one another. The outer core is formed from a flexible metal hose which has no layers and is single or double braided. These are used for a wide variety of media and temperatures including water, steam, hot oil, and gas. They are highly resistant to pressure and extreme heat, so they are also utilized in plumbing systems, and oil & gas industries.
Steam Hoses are extremely flexible and are used to transfer saturated steam at temperatures of up to 208 degree Celsius. The inner tubes of these hoses are made of black ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber which is compounded to resist heat aging. The reinforcement layer or intermediate layer is made from two layers of heat resistant synthetic yam. The outer covering is also made of EPDM rubber which is heat, weather, and oil resistant.
